Step 1
Make dessert
Combine the flour and icing sugar together. Use your fingers to mix the cooled butter in the flour and sugar until the consistency of breadcrumbs. Pour the orange powder into the flour mixture. Hammer the eggs into the bowl and mix until you get a soft batter. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and leave in the refrigerator, let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2

Place the cream in a small saucepan with the syrup until warm but not boiling; beat the chocolate into small pieces in a clean bowl. Put the chocolate into the pan when removed from the heat and let it melt for the rest of the heat. Stir until shiny and pour over brownie filling.
Step 6
Sweet orange
Cut the orange peel and slice into small pieces. Boil in 100ml water and 100g sugar for 5 minutes to soften, then scoop off the syrup. Let cool before sprinkling onto the tart. After that wait until the cake has cooled until you can eat it.
